On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

dieser große Bockkäfer besuchte am 18.07.2018 meinen Phlox im Garten, bevor ihn dann leider eine Hornisse wegschleppte. Leider versteckte er sich etwas, ließ sich nicht gern fotografieren. Wie heisst er?

Comment: Hallo Rosalia, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Gattung Xantholinus. Für mich kommen hier die zwei Arten X. elegans (hier noch semirufus) und X. tricolor in Frage. Beim Letzteren ist das Pronotum hinten mehr oder weniger ausgedehnt verdunkelt, was ich hier nicht richtig beurteilen kann. Bei X. elegans ist es ganz rot zu dem ich hier tendieren würde. ich bin mir nicht sicher, welche Sphaeroderma das ist (3,5mm). 15.08. 18 Rande Gimbsheimer Altrhein auf einer Wiese, die nach der Mahd wieder hochwächst. Flockenblumen blühten schon, aber Disteln waren auch da. Was meint Ihr? Merci
