On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

ich befürchte, der gehört zu den Staphylinidaen und ist anhand der Bilder nicht so ohne weiteres zu bestimmen... kann man vielleicht was zur Gattung sagen? 20.03.19 ca. 2mm Sehr häufig im Komposthaufen.

by the way - diese Art konnte ich dieses Jahr bereits am 26.02 bei uns im Garten beobachten wie er genüsslich am Galium knabberte...

Aber die finde ich fies (in bezug auf die Bestimmung, die Tierchen selbst sind äußert nett) und lag schon öfters daneben.
