On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Friedel, hier geht es für mich leider nur (noch) bis zur Familie Elateridae. Bei Totfunden verarbeiten wird das Funddatum nicht für die Phänogramme. Ist trotzdem schön, wenn eins angegeben ist, der guten Form halber. Man weiß ja nie, wofür man's nochmal brauchen kann. LG, Christoph

Request: 25.05.2019 im Kleinziegenfelder Tal am Ufer des Weismain. Als Laie würde ich auf Oreina cacaliae tippen, aber ich weiß nicht, ob diese Art überhaupt in Oberfranken vorkommt und wenn, dann würde es auf Oreina sp. hinauslaufen. Vielleicht ist es aber etwas ganz anderes - ich bin sehr gespannt. Vielen Dank & VG Heja

Request: Bei dieser Larve sagen meine Aufzeichnungen "an Buche", Eichenholz lag da aber auch. Fichte war es jedenfalls nicht, also Stenagostus rhombeus(?). 13.6.19. LG Kalli
