On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Welch interessanter Anblick: Zwei Rosenkäfer hatten sich am Wochenende tief in eine noch am Baum hängende verfaulte Birne vergraben (siehe Foto C, das obere Exemplar wird hier vorgestellt). Ich musste ein wenig "arbeiten", um das Tier freizulegen. 15.09.2019, Augsburg, im Garten. Handelt es sich (wegen der Unterseite) um Protaetia cuprea? Besten Dank und schöne Grüße!
