On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Nachtrag zu #159312, Kissophagus hederae, ca. 2,5 mm, in Efeu, bei Kleingartenanlage, 2019-09-24 [= weitere Fotos vom gleichen Tier]. Beim Suchen nach Infos zur Art bin ich nach der Einreichung auf Gebhardt (2015, Mitt. Ent. Ver. Stuttgart, 50: 235-238) gestossen - schöne Vergleichsbilder zu K. novaki, der in Karlsruhe nachgewiesen wurde. Daher auf Anregung von CB hier nochmal Details der hinter der Halschildmitte sternförmig zusammenlaufenden Haare 'meines' Tieres. Die dichtere Behaarung der Flügeldecken ist auch erahnbar. Leider ist da die Vorhalte-Lupe-Konstruktion an der Auflösungsgrenze.
Nach Gebhardt (2015) wären #159312 K. hederae (da gleiches Tier wie hier); #89915 und #89812 könnten revidiert werden?

Comment: Meiner Meinung nach novaki Meiner Meinung nach vicinus, aufgrund der im hinteren Teil des Halsschildes in der Mitte nach vorn gerichteten Behaarung (Foto B). Bei novaki stossen in der Hinterhälfte die Haare in der Mitte von rechts und links zusammen. Der Halsschild ist auch bei vicinus vorn etwas eingeschnürt, aber schmaler als bei novaki. Ich lass das aber nochmal zur Entscheidung für einen Dritten stehen. Viele Grüße, Michael Dafür ist das Foto zu schlecht. Der Verlauf der Behaarung auf dem Halsschild ist meiner Meinung nach nicht zu erkennen und besteht nur aus Lichtreflexen. Die Behaarung der FD spricht für hederae.
