Diesen Käfer fand ich am 26.4.15. Er war ca. 2,5 mm groß. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob er aus dem Wurzel-Moos-Ballen unserer Wasserpflanzen kam. Vielleicht könnt Ihr ja trotz der schlechten bilder etwas mehr sagen als das es ein Käfer ist. Viele Grüße.

  Hi Inja, three species are possible here: A. fimetarius, A. pedellus and A. foetens. To distinguish them we need a photo of the abdomen: Red abdomen = A. foetens; black abdomen = A. fimetarius or A. pedellus. Huhu! Dieses Rüsselviech treibt mich in den Wahnsinn. Phyllobius dingsbums... was ist das bloß? Es turnte auf dem gleichen Bäumchen herum wie der P. betulinus aus meiner Anfrage #23719 und war ein Stück größer, also schätze ich 7 oder 8 mm. Gefunden am 23.04.2015 auf einer Obstwiese im Tägermoos, Schweiz, auf 399 m üNN. Danke!!!

12.06.2014 Discovered 2 large larvae while moving wood one year ago. Decided to save them from predators and kept them in a large earth filled jar with larvae food. One emerged today ( 30.04.2015 ). Specimen is approx 65mm long and has a single horn on its head.

Es sollte Crepidodera aurea sein, wenn man den gerundeteren Habitus und die Fühlerfärbung berücksichtigt. Der Quereindruck des Halsschild ist naturgemäß an Fotos nicht einfach zu bewerten. Europa.
