On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 28.05.2021 Höhe 103 m üNN; Länge geschätzt etwa 3 mm. Viele diese mini-Hüpfer saßen an den Iris der vorherigen Anfrage; kann man erkennen, was das ist?
Rheinauengebiet; an gelber Iris am Rand eines Teichs, der teils von Damm mit Wiese, teils von gerade sumpfigem Laubwald umgeben ist.

Comment: Hallo Gisela, Foto A könnte ein Pärchen von Larinus planus sein, aber letzte Sicherheit gäbe da nur eine Draufsicht. Meine Vermutung basiert darauf, dass beide Tiere gleich lange Rüssel haben, das ist bei Mann & Frau L. planus der Fall, aber z.B. nicht bei L. sturnus. Wie gesagt, etwas unsicher das ganze - es könnten ja auch zwei Männchen sein ;). Foto B ist allerdings ein anderes Tier, das ich Dir aber bestimmen kann. Ich lösche das Foto B hier heraus, bitte stelle es noch einmal in einer eigenen Anfrage ein. Viele Grüße, Corinna

diesen ca. 2mm grossen Winzling fand ich am 28.05.2021 auf Knoblauchrauke. Kopf und Halsschild m.E. kupfrig-braun. Meine Vermutung geht in Richtung Longitarsus, mehr geht bei der Bildqualität wohl nicht.
