On this page you can find photos submitted by users. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case at least a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hi verstraeten, holy cow, this is Pomatinus substriatus. The genus Pomatinus is represented in Europe by only one species that differs from the genus Dryops in the absence of longitudinal keels on the pronotum. In central Europe, the species is extremely rare. However, I am not informed about the frequency in France. This is the first upload of P. substriatus here at kerbtier.de! Best regards, Daniel
