On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo wenix, ich habs ein paar mal gemessen, der Halsschild ist bei dem Totfund zwar versetzt, aber schmaler als die Basis der Flügeldecken. Allerdings passt nicht für Corticeus longulus, dass der Halsschild breiter ist als lang. Eventuell ein Postmortemeffekt, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Mit den gut 5mm könnte es auch C. fraxini sein, aber die Flügeldecken wirken schon sehr langgestreckt. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit ist für longulus. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Heike
