Request: 12.09.2015 gößer als 2 kleiner als 3 mm in unserem Garten. Ich denke das ist Chaetocnema concinna, obwohl ich die Fühlerendglieder nicht ganz scharf habe, sehen die doch etwas Löffel-förmig aus

Comment: Hallo Neatus, da bin ich nicht ganz sicher. Beim Männchen von Chaetocnema concinna ist das Fühlerendglied noch deutlicher verbreitert. Beim Weibchen ist das weniger klar. Hier sieht es noch recht spitz aus, dies hier könnte auch C. laevicollis sein. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Michael

Request: 12.09.2015 Schwanke zwischen Chrysolina haemoptera und Chrysolina oricalcia. Aufgrund des geschwungenen Halsschildes (siehe Bild 2) würde ich den Käfer als blaue Variante von Chrysolina oricalcia ansprechen. Käfer circa 6 mm. Anpflanzung mit jungen Buchen und Birken/Wiese, 780 m ü. NN, Osterzgebirge. Viele Grüße

Comment: Hallo beetlejuice, weder noch. Das ist Chrysolina geminata. Achte auf die paarweise genäherten Reihenpunkte. Entwicklung wie bei den anderen Arten mit diesem Merkmal an Hypericum. C. oricalcia hat die regelmäßigen Reihenpunkte in gleichem Abstand, C. haemoptera ist ziemlich unregelmäßig punktiert. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Michael
