On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 01.04.2023, ca. 4-5 mm, in einem Waldstück unter Totholz. Diese Bilder habe ich mir jetzt schon mehrfach angesehen und versucht Herauszufinden, was das sein kann. Im ersten Moment könnte man an Asseln denken, aber die sind es nicht. Mein Gedanke waren Käferlarven, nur habe ich im Internet bisher nichts vergleichbares gefunden, bis ich eben auf ein Bild einer Larve der Familie Endomychidae gestoßen bin. Könnte das passen? Unter den Holz saßen grob geschätzt etwa 100 Larven zusammen.
