On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 02.05.2018 - Anotylus sp.?? Man hat mein Interesse an den Flugwürmern geweckt :-D bei dem gefalteten HS wage ich mal diesen Vorschlag, auch wenn mehr wahrscheinlich nicht geht! Das Tier war geschätzt 3-4 mm klein und befand sich an einem Doppelkadaver von Carabus sp. und Feuersalamander auf einer gefährlichen Waldstrasse. Aargau, Kaisten auf ca. 330 m üNN. Request: Gravid female Chrysomelidae. Beside a path near the Tegeler Fließ. The third photo shows the host plant. There were a lot of similar-looking beetles on the plant, many of them mating. 01.05.2018.

Request: 26.04.2018 - Valgus hemipterus (f)? Das Tier hat mir echt Kopfzerbrechen bereitet!! Es hat sich mit viel Mühe über den Waldweg geschleppt und ich denke, dass es recht abgeschabt ist. Comment: Hallo Chris, korrekt, bestätigt als Valgus hemipterus. Arg abgeschabt ist das Tier nicht, die Weibchen sind viel dunkel und weniger beschuppt als die Männchen, die man viel käufiger findet. LG, Christoph
