On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Fundort ist ein 3-Seitenhof in Neussen bei Belgern, Hof ist ohne landwirtschaftliche Nutzung mit kleinem Garten und alten Baumbestand, Käfer wurde aber im Hof gesichtet an Feuerholzstapeln, einmal nachmittags und dann abends an der Hauswand. Laut meiner Vermutung handelt es sich um ein Hirschkäferweibchen, aber das wissen Sie sicher besser bzw genauer. Die Bestimmung soll auch gleichzeitig als Artnachweis gelten, daher reiche ich das bei Ihnen ein. Rückfragen etc können gern gestellt werden, mit freundlichen Grüßen Udo König
