On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo, die Rhantus suturalis-Larve von 108822 ist schneller als vermutet. Heute früh (18.08.2018) gab es wieder eine Exuvie, obwohl die Larve bestenfalls Detritus gefressen oder mangels geeigneter lebender Nahrung gefastet hat. Am Nachmittag, nachdem ich Proviant beschafft hatte, dauerte es weniger als eine Sekunde, bis sie ihren ersten Wasserfloh gefangen hatte, den sie auf den Fotos verspeist.
