On this page you can find photos submitted by users. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case at least a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Jozef, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Familie Curculionidae. Ein Hylobius ist es jedenfalls nicht. Sieht nicht nach einer mitteleuropäischen Art aus. Leider ist die Fundortangabe äußerst unpräzise und hilft nicht weiter. Viele Grüße, Michael Hallo Michael, für mich sieht der irgendwie nach Lepyrus armatus aus, aber ich nix Ahnung und man sieht null von den Schenkelzähnen wegen der Perspektive. Aber vielleicht können wir den ja als Lepyrus sp. durchwinken?
Gruß Holger Hallo Holger, bei Lepyrus war ich auch schon, aber war mir unsicher, weil der Käfer schon sehr abgeschuppt ist. Aber ohne den Schenkel richtig zu sehen, kann man die Art nicht festmachen. Viele Grüße, Michael

Comment: Hallo AliWi, Trichodes alvearius ist es nicht, denn dann müssten die Flügeldeckenspitzen rot sein. In Griechenland kommt danach noch ein ganzer Strauß an Arten in Frage, wahrscheinlich sind Trichodes punctatus oder favarius. Die sind zwar grundsätzlich auch am Foto bestimmbar, aber es braucht eine Menge von Detailaufnahmen (die man fast nie hat). Haben wir hier auch nicht, also geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Gattung Trichodes. Viele Grüße, Holger

Request: Phyllobius roboretanus, da bin ich mit der Bilderkennung einer Meinung. Ich brauche dafür jedoch Bild B, die Bilderkennung schafft es schon an A ;-). Kann leider nicht mehr sagen, an was für einer Pflanze. Dürfte jedoch auch nicht nötig sein. Weiden sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Ca. 3,7mm, 31.05.2018

Request: Ich dachte zuerst, es könnte Hemicoelus sein, aber vielleicht doch eher Anobium (etwa Anobium punctatum)? Der A. punctatum in der Galerie ist auch so dunkel gefärbt. In der kerbtier-Nomenklatur ist, ehrlich gesagt, Hemicoelus ohnehin noch in Anobium enthalten... Auf Weide, ca. 3,2mm, 27.05.2018
