On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Wolfgang, jetzt bestätigt als Hylobius abietis. Die Aufnahme ist doch sehr gut und auch sehr nützlich, um den Körperbau zu beurteilen. Außerdem sieht man hier die für den abietis typische, verrunzelte Halsschildpunktierung deutlicher. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Corinna PS: Manchmal reicht tatsächlich eine Seitenaufnahme, oft z.B. bei Marienkäfern. Aber schwierigere Arten wie Rüssler (auch Laufkäfer z.B., oder Kurzflügeler und viele andere) sollte man auch von oben sehen. Manchmal klappt das ja auch gar nicht, aber wenn die Aufnahme existiert - immer her damit :).

es hat zwei Tage gedauert, um der Lösung näher zu kommen.

Merkmale die ich erkennen konnte:
gelbe Behaarung auf der Unterseite, soweit ich erkennen konnte durchgehend
Kopf gelb, Halsschild gelb und schwarz und Flügeldecken schwarz behaart
Schenkel und Schienen schwarz, Tarsen braun gefärbt
2. und 3. Fühlerglied ab der Hälfte rötlichbraun gefärbt
3. Fühlerglied nicht dreieckig geformt

diese Laufkäferleiche fiel mir am 30.04.2019 auf einem Grünstreifen hier in Leipzig auf. Die metallisch grüne Oberseite und die orange-gelblich-rötlichen Fühler und Beine scheinen mir auf Harpalus affinis hinzuweisen, zumal ich eine Behaarung an den Flügeldeckenrändern zu erkennen meine, aber…
