On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: (KI: Crypticus quisquilius, 12%, Rang 1).
12.07.2018, auf der Terrasse. Ich halte ihn für Chrysolina sturmi (KI 4 %, Rang 3). Versuchte die Hauswand hochzuklettern, fiel dabei aber immer wieder herunter und landete hilflos auf dem Rücken, höchstens 5 mm Körperlänge, im Sonnenlicht blauschwarz schimmernd.

Ich vermute, das ist eine harte Nuss, zumal die Fotos nicht sonderlich gut sind. Danke für Eure unermüdlichen Bemüuhungen - ich weiß das sehr zu schätzen!
