On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo zusammen,
09.08.2019, KL ca. 13 mm, Sitaris muralis, 11 Exemplare; 10.8. 4 Ex. und 11.8. 1 Ex. an gleicher Stelle. Gartengrundstück, ca. 135 üNN. Im April habe ich 26 Brutgänge der
Frühlings-Pelzbiene (Anthophora plumipes) an gleicher Stelle gezählt. Letztes Jahr habe ich den Ölkäfer erstmalig dort beobachtet (8 Ex. am 10.8.18).

Ebensee ~460m üNN. In der Nacht auf der Straße vor dem Haus gefunden. Der Käfer hat nur noch eine Elytre. Ca. 20mm. Evtl. ein Pterostichus sp. (niger)?
