View answered requests for beetle ID

On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Is this Nalassus sp. 3.12.2019
Regards,
Mihajlo
Species, family:
cf. Nalassus sp.
Tenebrionidae
Comment: Hi Mihajlo, well, frankly the pictures don't show too many details. Tentatively, I would agree but again: it's not my homeland. Let's see what my colleagues think. Best regards, Juergen Nalassus should be right, but that's about it. Best regards, Christoph

Request: 22.06.19, 20mm
Species, family:
Protaetia cuprea
Scarabaeidae
