On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

ein nächster Käfer aus Panama! :) Und diesmal ohne jede Idee, wo ich anfangen sollte zu suchen ;)
Hat hier vielleicht jemand irgendeine Idee? Eine Artbestimmung erwarte ich natürlich nicht. Aber vielleicht ist ja zufällig jemand hier, der doch etwas zu dem Tier sagen kann.
Gefunden am 24.08.2018 in Boquete (Panama).

Die weiße Zeichnung im Gesicht hat in der Mitte eine weit nach oben gezogene Spitze, und an den Augenrändern läuft das Weiß nur wenig um die Augen herum nach oben. Bei Adalia decempunctata ist die mittlere Spitze niedriger und die Augen weitläufiger weiß umrandet. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Corinna
