On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Der Ort dieser Begegnung war neu und Foto C dient der Entspannung Eurer hochkonzentrierten Käferexpertenaugen :-))) Aargau, Hardwald Kaisten auf ca. 330 m üNN. Request: 12.03.2020 - (KI: Tachyta nana, 3%, Rang 1) mit Fragezeichen, obwohl ich denselben Vorschlag gemacht hätte wie Klein-Kerbie ;-) Dieses wieselflinke Tier lebte mit vielen Artgenossen unter der Rinde eines Baumstumpfes in einem sturmgeschädigten Aufräumgebiet des Waldes. Es war geschätzt höchstens 3 mm klein. Aargau, Hardwald auf ca. 330 m üNN. Dankeschön, dass Ihr so vielen Käfern einen Namen gebt! LG Chris

Das Tier sass mit vielen Artgenossen und Vertretern der vorherigen Anfrage (und Ameisen und Asseln) in/unter der lockeren Rinde eines Baumstumpfes. Aargau, Aufräumplatz nach Sturmschäden im Hardwald Kaisten auf ca. 330 m üNN. DANKESCHÖN! Einen spannenden Käferabend wünscht Euch Chris
