On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

dieser Käfer hatte es zwar eilig aber bevor er im Gras abtauchte konnte ich ihn noch aufnehmen. Die Ki hat ihn nicht so wirklich gefunden und ich stehe auch auf dem Schlauch.

Comment: Hallo Bandito 2018, herzlich willkommen auf kerbtier.de! das ist entweder Meloe proscarabaeus oder Meloe violaceus, die ich an diesen Fotos leider nicht 100% trennen kann. Die Punktierung von Flügeldecken und Halsschild sieht recht fein aus, was mehr für violaceus spricht.
