On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Arthrolips obscura (Arthrolips obscurus). Die Art ist neuerdings NO* (als einzige Arthrolips-Art), vielleicht gibt das ja jemandem die Motivation, sie zu bestätigen. Der fehlende Eindruck der Flügeldecken schließt A. nana aus, für A. picea viel zu groß und mit A. convexiuscula ist am Nordrhein nicht zu rechnen. Auf einem Baum im Laubwald, ca. 1,7mm. 27.12.2019

Request: Latridius sp. Ich hatte etwas gehofft, dass es Latridius gemellatus sein könnte, eine seltene Art, und habe deshalb Wolfgang Rücker befragt. Sein Expertenurteil: Latridius gemellatus ist möglich. In faulendem Stroh, in das der Käfer sich schnell wieder zurückzog, ca. 2,0mm. 10.12.2019
