On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Also, so wie ich das sehe, ist das der zweite Nachweis für Deutschland nach dem Fund auf der Friesenheimer Insel in Mannheim im Jahr 2010 durch Christoph. Sofern meine Bestimmung richtig ist, handelt es sich hier um Cyrtosus ovalis, gefunden am 16.05.2020 in Lampertheim-Wehrzollhaus direkt am Altrhein-Ufer, dort von einer Pappel geklopft, Größe 4,5 mm, VG Jochen

Comment: Hallo jojo, bestätigt als Cyrtosus ovalis. Nice! Hat er sich also 10 Jahre Zeit gelassen, mal wieder gefunden zu werden ;). Bei unseren Kollegen von Colkat wird mein Fund von damals als Import geführt. Das kann auch bei Deinem der Fall sein. Jedenfalls müsste man die Art über etliche Jahre an verschiedenen Stellen im Rhein-Neckar-Raum immer wieder nachweisen, bevor man davon ausgehen kann, dass sie wirklich Fuß gefasst hat.
