On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

am 24.05.2020 fand ich im Tegeler See eine Gruppe von Platambus maculatus. Die scheinen auch sehr variabel zu sein in der Elytrenzeichnung..

Comment: Hallo Guntram, das sollte Scleropterus serratus sein. Das ist ja ein cooler Fund! Der kommt auch nur im Südosten vor, also nicht in Deutschland, und selbst in Österreich nur sporadisch. Es gibt noch eine zweite Art in der Gattung, den S. offensus, aber der sollte rote Fühler und Beine haben. Eine gewisse Unsicherheit bleibt aufgrund der Fotoqualität ;). Viele Grüße, Corinna
