On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 31.05.2020, 9-10 mm geschätzt, turnte an einem Grashalm auf unserer Gartenwiese herum. Ich war mir in dem Moment absolut sicher, Rhagonycha fulva vor mir zu haben. Wegen der KI-Vorschläge habe ich nochmals Bilder verglichen und tendiere jetzt zu Cantharis livida. Ist er das? Danke und viele Grüße, Anita

Request: 30.05.2020 Um 8 mm. Harmonia axyridis. Uhrzeiten
Obere Reihe: 15:45/16:14/16:25
Untere Reihe: 16:48/17:21/16:22.
Beim ersten Bild dachte ich, juhu, neue Farbvariante. Dann waren Akkus leer, und ich nahm den Käfer (samt seinem Blatt) mit. Zu Hause (16:14) sah er schon anders aus, oh Wunder. Um 17:21 wurde er wieder in die Freiheit entlassen. Er war wohl gerade frisch geschlüpft.
An Blatt von Busch am Wegrand, dort waren ganz viele Larven und Puppen.
