On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: (KI: Hylobius transversovittatus, 1%, Rang 1), Datum 2020-06-16; Fundort Grünbereich in Itzehoe; ca. 8mm; von den von der KI vorgeschlagenen Arten würde ich eher Ceutorhynchus pallidactylus annehmen aber.... Leider war der Käfer kurz darauf verschwunden, sodass ich kein vernünftiges Foto hinbekommen habe.

Request: 22.05.2020 2 mm landete auf mir. Ich weiß Esser hat Cryptophilus integer in zwei Arten aufgeteilt, nur kommt fast immer nur propinquus in Frage, denn der andere hat gerade Halsschildseiten und verrundete Hinterecken, also ist es hier wieder der ehemalige integer und heutige propinquus
