On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Moin Revier, recht herzlichen Dank für die weiteren Fotos. Meiner Meinung nach Arhopalus ferus, da der einschnitt des vorletzten tarsengliedes bei weitem nicht tief genug geht und das glied auch für rusticus zu kurz ist. Ich vermute, dass die "Haare" auf den Augen Staub oder was ähnliches sind und nur die Unschärfe in diesem Bereich dafür sorgt, dass es wie Haare aussieht. Ich lass das aber noch im Adminbereich, dass die anderen 'nen Blick drauf werfen und ggfs. was dazu sagen können. Viele Grüße, Klaas Ich setz mal ein cf. dazu, weil das am vorliegenden Foto schwer sicher zu beurteilen ist. Die Art ist aber aus SN als einer der wenigen Regionen aktuell gemeldet. LG, Christoph

Request: 09.08.2020 ziemlich genau 12mm auf Wirtschaftsweg zwischen Feldern. KI schlägt Pterostichus nigrita vor, doch dieser soll maximal 11mm erreichen. Kommt er dennoch in Frage? Vielen Dank und schöne Grüße

Comment: Moin Kakipete, wenn ich die Millimeter abzähle, komme ich bis 11. so oder so bestätigt als Pterostichus nigrita. Für den sehr ähnlichen Pterostichus rhaeticus wäre es das völlig falsche Biotop. Ansonsten am Bild nicht abzugrenzen. Danke für die Meldung.
