On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 07.09.2020 Geschätzt etwa 10 mm. Der hier ist mir neu, das sollte Ptosima flavoguttata sein.
Ich hätte noch Fotos von einem zweiten Weibchen bei der Eiablage, etwas weniger scharf.
Im Bienwald, derselbe Stapel Kiefernstämme wie bei den beiden Anfragen vorher. Da war heute was los (sogar zwei Gottesanbeterinnen waren da).

Comment: Hallo ClaudiaL, das Tier halte ich für Buprestis novemmaculata. Die Gelbfärbung ist recht variabel und die Art am ehesten mit Buprestis octoguttata zu verwechseln, der jedoch eine bläuliche Metalliclackierung und meist regelmäßigere gelbe Flecken aufweist. Ich lass es mal noch für eine zweite Meinung stehen, auch da es sich um einen Neufund für die Pfalz handeln würde... Die ausgeprägte Gelbfärbung an der Schulter spräche eher für octoguttata... Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Daniel Es ist Buprestis octoguttata, gelbe Färbung passt, die "Grundierung" ist recht variabel. Auf Foto B sieht man auch die stark gelb gefleckte Unterseite, das ist bei B. novemmaculata bei weitem sparsamer. LG, Christoph
