On this page you can find photos submitted by users. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case at least a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Länge: ca. 6 mm.
Art: Aufgrund der langen Wimpern am Halsschild kommt Aphodius contaminatus in die engere Wahl.

Art: Aufgrund der behaarten Flügeldecken und der roten Beine und Fühler kommt Pseudoophonus rufipes in die engere Wahl.

Request: 30.09.2020, Gießen, Efeu-Seidenbienenkolonie. Da alle Weibchen von Colletes hederae schon mit dem Eintragen von Efeupollen in ihre unterirdischen Nester beschäftigt sind, fallen sie als Partnerinnen für die letzten beiden Männchen aus. Eins davon, unter hohem Triebstau stehend, fliegt doch tatsächlich in seiner Not noch einen der letzten existierenden Larven-Cluster von Stenoria analis an und bekommt dabei seine Triungulinendosis ab.
