On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Gisela, das ist wahrscheinlich Corticeus fraxini, eine kleine Restunsicherheit bleibt. Diese seltene Art ist für WT gemeldet. Vielleicht traut sich ja noch jemand das cf. wegzunehmen. Request: Hallo nochmal, diese Käferlarve fand ich heute, 16.12.2020 unter der Rinde von Totholz im Mooswald bei Freiburg-Landwasser. Die Länge betrug ca. 30 mm; das Tier war auffallend flach. Ist die Larve bestimmbar? VG Siggi
