On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Gabriele, oh weh, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Ordnung Coleoptera. LG, Christoph Hallo Gabriele, die traurigen Überreste sind die einer Dorcatoma. Die dunkle Färbung ist hier verlorengegangen. Ist die Messung genau? Es wäre schon ziemlich groß für die Gattung und der Punktierung der Flügeldecken nach hätte ich eher D. flavicornis, eine nicht so große Art, vermutet, was aber nun wirklich keine sichere Bestimmung ist. D. flavicornis wäre an den Fühlern relativ einfach zu erkennen, da sie nur bei dieser Art neungliedrig sind. Übrigens bitte das Wort Totfund bei einem solchen in die Anfrage schreiben, um die Daten aus dem Phänogramm herauszuhalten. Viele Grüße, Moritz Von einem externen Experten wurde Anitys rubens in den Ring geworfen. Ich fürchte, an den vorliegenden Fotos lässt sich das schwer klären und ich setze das Tierchen mal auf Coleoptera sp. zurück. Wieder hingehen und weitersuchen. Interessant wäre noch die Baumart (Eiche?). LG, Christoph Über die Unterfamilie Dorcatominae sind wir uns dann doch in jedem Fall einig? Der Hinweis ist gut, ich bin geneigt zusustimmen. Ich hatte auch Anitys rubens in Betracht gezogen (Farbe und Ort passen gut), aber dann doch nicht daran geglaubt, weil mir die Form des Halsschilds nicht zu passen schien. Nach weiteren Fotovergleichen habe ich aber meine Meinung geändert. Die Punktierung scheint mir sogar gut zu passen, aber für eine ganz sichere Bestimmung reicht es mir noch nicht. An den Fühlern wäre es leicht zu erkennen. Viele Grüße, Moritz
