On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Gisela, das sollte Rhynchites caeruleus sein, unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Länge vielleicht ein wenig zu groß geschätzt ist. Eigentlich wird der nur knapp 4mm lang, aber die Punktierung der Flügeldecken spricht eindeutig für die Art. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Corinna

Von D. longimanus bin ich nicht so recht überzeugt, da es ein Weibchen sein müsste, dafür der Rüssel aber arg kurz aussieht. D. dejeani halte ich für wahrscheinlicher, kann ich aber an dem einen Bild leider nicht festmachen. Viele Grüße, Corinna
