On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo zusammen! Ebensee ~460m üNN. Unter einem Stück Rinde ab Boden gefunden. Egal welches Stück man in diesem Bereich anhob, es waren Dutzende darunter versteckt. 7,7mm abgemessen. Ein Trichotichnus laevicollis? 06.05.2021. Danke fürs Bestimmen + LG, Lozifer.

Comment: Hallo oldbug, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Gattung Scymnus. Die Flügeldeckenenden scheinen ja verwaschen rötlich zu sein, die Unterseite kann man aufgrund der Unschärfe nicht richtig erkennen. Zumindest am Ende könnte es auch rötlich sein. Damit kommt z.B. S. haemorrhoidalis in Frage. Ich lass ihn al noch zur weiteren Begutachtung stehen. lg, Gernot Hier würde ich auch eher Scymnus haemorrhoidalis sehen. LG, Christoph

Comment: Hallo Sigili, das könnte Pseudocleonus cinereus sein, aber das ist zu mindestens 50% geraten. Ohne den Anhaltspunkt der Beschuppung zu haben, müsste man einfach mehr Details in Schärfe sehen, wie Fühlerglieder, Rüsselkiel und Hintertarsen. P. cinereus passt ganz gut vom Gesamteindruck, aber für mich geht da leider nicht mehr. Viele Grüße, Corinna
