On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Höhe ca. 500 müNN
Größe ca. 13 mm
Waldweg.
"Cantharis obscura"?
Danke und Gruß
Michael55
Species, family:
Cantharis sp.
Cantharidae

Species, family:
Amara similata
Carabidae
Comment: Hallo Aloinopsis, mit etwas Restunsicherheit Amara similata. Nicht erkennbar ist, ob Scutellarporenpunkte vorhanden sind. Diese würden A. similata absichern.

LG, Christoph

Request: Hello. Thank ou for an ID. 13.5.2015, Slovakia, 200m. Size ca 3-4 mm.Regards, Karol
Species, family:
Cynegetis impunctata
Coccinellidae
Comment: Hi Karol, confirmed as Cynegetis impunctata. Contrary to its name, it can indeed have black spots on the elytra and the pattern of your specimen does match C. impunctata quite well. Best regards, Christoph

Vielen Dank für all Eure Hilfen!
Species, family:
Malachius s.l. sp.
Malachiidae
LG, Christoph
