On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Mario, das ist sehr wahrscheinlich Phyllobius virideaeris. In Frage käme noch Phyllobius roboretanus, der aber einen stärker gerundeten Halsschild hätte. Eine Ansicht von unten (virideaeris Schuppen, roboretanus Haare) hätte es noch eindeutiger gemacht. Viele Grüße, Michael

Request: Hallo Bestimmungsteam, ich weiß, dass ich diesen Rüssler hier schon öfter gesehen hab - aber natürlich hab ich mir den Namen nicht merken können... Schöne Tiere! Heute (01.06.2015) auf Feuchtwiese, Waldlichtung, Weihernähe (Weberbockhabitat). Rund 9 mm. groß. Viele Grüße!

Request: 31.05.2015 Borkenkäfer max. 3 mm eher kleiner auf schon seit langem entrindeten Pappelstamm. Keine Haare, orange und gelbe Fühlerendglieder. Vielleicht geht ja doch eine Bestimmung ich bekomms allerdings nicht hin. Keine passt so richtig

Request: 01.06.2015 an Holzzaun vor Hecke. 480m üNn. Ca. 6-7mm. Ist dieser sehr kleine Schnellkäfer anhand dieses einen Fotos zu bestimmen? Hab leider kein anderes, sorry. Für A. haemorrhoidalis scheint er mir zu klein.

Request: 31.05.2015 gemessen am Holz wo er saß 5 mm. Ptilinus fuscus ein Männchen.
P.S. Ihr könnt das cf aus #27217 ruhig rausnehem hab den Ptilinus pectinicornis heute bei uns im Garten wieder gesehen und war damal nur unsicher wegen dem Fleck auf dem Rücken, aber da war wohl irgendein Tropfen drauf und da die die Flügeldecken beim Abflug kurz zusammenstoßen, war das wohl regelmäßig übertragen worden

Comment: Moin Neatus, ganz so einfach ist das nicht. Ptilinus fuscus und P. pectinicornis sehen sich ausgesprochen ähnlich. Da der Fühlerfächer in den Unschärfen versäuft, kann man hier leider nichts festlegen und nur vermuten. Viele Grüße, Klaas Mit Foto C machen wir getrost ein Männchen von P. fuscus draus.
