On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Weinstöckle, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Gattung Clytus. Der schräg stehende vordere gelbe Schuppenfleck spricht für lama, die Höhenlage auch. Aber der reche Fühler ist zum Ende eindeutigt geschwärzt und verdickt, was für arietis spricht. Kurz, ich bleibe hier unschlüssig. LG, Christoph

Request: Diesen Histeriden fand ich heute im Garten unter einem Stein an einem Ameisennest. Mein erster Eindruck war, dass er ein Opfer der Ameisen war. Bei genauerer Betrachtung macht er allerdings einen fast unanständig wehrhaften Eindruck, so dass ich mir bezüglich meiner Ersteinschätzung unsicher bin. Länge 6,5mm. Geht da was bezüglich der Artbestimmung? Danke schon mal und VG von der Ruhr

Request: Hallo zusammen! Ich mag die Cassidinen, und die Cassidinen mögen mich: gestern kratze ich noch kurz vorm Hüpf in den Zug meinen ersten Hypocassida subferruginea von der Wand ab. (Erst dachte ich, dass es ein Wiederfund für HN wäre, aber da ist mir die Kollegin in #274192 um einige Tage zuvor gekommen.) So ein herrliches bronzeglänzendes Tier! Request: 15.06.2021, an Spargelpflanze, zwei Larven, eifrig futternd. Sowohl Crioceris asparagi als auch Crioceris duodecimpunctata wurden vorher hier bei der Paarung beobachtet. Vermutlich also nicht bis zur Art bestimmbar? Oder vielleicht sogar je ein Exemplar beider Arten - Foto A C. asparagi, Foto B C. duodecimpunctata? Danke und viele Grüße!
