On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Grosse Ueberraschung zu spaeter Stunde.
Sitze hier aus dem Garten kommend zu spaeter Stunde und versuche auf kerbtier.de Bock- und Laufkäfer herauszufinden; da kommt ein Leiterbock ins Zimmer geflogen. Schnell 'ne SD Karte rein in die Kamera, die andere haengt grad schon am Rechner. Ist jetzt vom Display der Kamera abfotografiert, so frisch ist das. Der Käfer sitzt hier neben mir, die Kamera ist noch ausloesebereit fuer weitere Fotos. Putzt sich gerade Spinnweben herunter bzw ich habe sie ihm mit ner Pinzette grad entfernt und prompt hat er sich woanders hingesetzt. Ich hoffe er findet gleich gut hinaus, wenns Licht ausgeht.
Gemessen 18mm 17.06.2021 2.07 Uhr Saperda scalaris sollte es sein.
(Etwas bessere Fotos gibt es auf der Kamera; aktueller Staus: er sitzt auf dem Monitor.)
