On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Moin liebes Kerbtier-Team,
bin für etwa einen Monat auf Urlaub in Deutschland, also werden die nächsten Wochen (toitoitoi) sicher ein paar Käferbilder folgen.
Der erste von heute (28.06.21) war leider nicht sehr fotowillig: extrem wuselig und um die 3-4mm klein. Gefunden zwischen den Steinplatten eines Innenhofes, in dem auch zahlreiche Wildbienen nisten. Also schön warm und trocken. Ich werfe mal ohne allzu große Überzeugung Syntomus truncatellus in den Raum.
