View answered requests for beetle ID
|
On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

![View all requests for cf. Acmaeodera bodoani Requests for species](/Pages/Fotos/Symbols/BeetleSnap/quick_species.png)
cf. Acmaeodera bodoani
Buprestidae
Comment: Hi karzan, we do need better photos of this one. We need to see the pronotum, head and elytra much better. We need to see hairs, if they are present or absent. Please contact us via the contact form or via mail if you can supply photos in better resolution/sharpness. Best regards, Klaas Hi karzan, I had a conversation with M. Niehuis and he tended to Acmaeodera bodoani, although he remarked that there are very similar species present in Iran and that the determination should be usually confirmed by dissection. Best regards, Christoph

LG, Christoph
