View answered requests for beetle ID
|
On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Guten Tag Christoph,

LG, Christoph

Species, family:
Otiorhynchus sp.
Curculionidae
Comment: Hi Cilko, I think it is a representative of genus Otiorhynchus, but in this case I don't dare to give a determination to species level from a photo - especially with a specimen from Slovakia. Sorry & best regards, Christoph

Request: Hallo zusammen,
handelt es sich hier um Ernobius mollis? Über eine Bestätigung bzw. Korrektur würde ich mich freuen. Gefunden am 11.06.15 an meiner Hauswand, Größe 3 - 4 mm.
Vielen Dank und Grüße
Eugen
Species, family:
Ernobius cf. abietinus
Anobiidae

LG, Christoph
