On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Liebes Käferteam, 06.08.2021, bei Außerberg (Kanton Wallis, ca. 900m ü.M.), an stark besonntem Südhang, ein Blattkäfer, ca. 3-4mm, Totfund (ertrunken in Wasserlache). Pachybrachis sp. scheint mir klar, aber die Art wird wohl schwierig zu bestimmen sein. Ich vermute Pachybrachis tessellatus oder picus. Liebe Grüße
