On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Felix, das sollte Ceratapion gibbirostre sein. C. carduorum hat deutlich schlankere, länglichere Fühlerkeulen. C. basicorne ist auch ähnlich, dafür sind aber die Fühler nicht dick genug und der Halsschild zu fein punktiert. Bleibt von der Größe her vernünftigerweise nur C. gibbirostre, der zwar eine eckig erweiterte Fühlerbasis haben sollte. Meiner Meinung nach kann man das hier aber nicht beurteilen, da keine ganz senkrechte Draufsicht des Rüssels vorliegt, und so könnte die Spitze der Erweiterung hier durch die Perspektive einfach versteckt sein.
