On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Moin zusammen. Auf der höchsten Erhebung der Norddeutschen Tiefebene: eine Handvoll Sitona gressorius saßen, fraßen und starben (Foto B) an Besenginster. (Cool, mein erster von einem Pilz getöteter Käfer! Bisher sah ich als Opfer Fliegen, Lang- und Kurzfühlerschrecken, Schnaken, eine Blattlaus, eine Zikade.) Keine Lupinen weit und breit, der nächste Ort einige Kilometer entfernt. Aber Besenginster ist ja als Wirtspflanze bekannt. - Ich mag diese schnittigen Kerle! Einer saß später plötzlich in der Brotbox, und ließ sich minutenlang auf der Hand sitzend umhertragen, niedlich. Danke und Grüße! - - - [7.9.21, an Cytisus scoparius, Wilseder Berg, 162 m]
