On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Jörg, das ist ein Weibchen von Meloe proscarabaeus. Bei M. brevicollis sind die mittleren Fühlerglieder nicht verbreitert sondern alle mehr oder weniger gleichbreit. Wenn du bei diesem Tier genau schaust, sind die mittleren breiter als die distalen. Ich habe mal zwei Pfeile dran gesetzt. Danke für die Meldung.
