On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 08.05.2022, Görsroth, vertrockneter, abgräumter Fichtenforst mit erster Krautvegetation.emessen 8,5 mm groß. Coccinella septempunctata; die seltene Varietät octempunctata, ein Punkt zuviel: ich wars nicht. Rappelt mir mit wachsender Begeisterung die oberste Hautschicht ab. In Frankreich gibt es diese Methode als Hautpeeling mit Fischen: das kitzelt! LG.

Comment: Moin FElix, mit viel Mühen als Bembidion properans bestimmt. Beim Zwillingspärchen lampros/properans ist eine Seitenaufnahme sehr wichtig, um den 7. Streifen auf den Flügeldecken erkennen zu können. Hier nicht erkennbar. Deshalb andere Merkmale, die aber schwammig sind, herangezogen. Sollte trotzdem passen. Liebe Grüße, Klaas Die Fld.-Punkte sind äußerst fein eingestochen, viel feiner als bei lampros/properans. Bembidion pygmaeum ist's. LG, Christoph
