On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo! Dieses Tierchen kann ich grad ueberhaupt nicht zu ordnen. Hab schon einiges durchgeschaut, vielleicht ists ganz einfach, aber ich sehs nicht. An und um einer feuchten Stelle an einer Rotbuche, 3-5 Individueen. Die sich im Schatten versteckt hielten, bei denen wirken die Borsten wie goldenene Flecken. Grob zw. vielleicht 3 und 4mm lang; 08.05.2022.

Comment: Hallo cpape, das ist Nosodendron fasciculare. Sehr schön, gerade mal die vierte Meldung dieser Art hier auf kerbtier.de aus Deutschland. Am ausfließenden Saft alter Ulmen, Kastanien, Eichen und anderer Laubbäume, gerne an Alleebäumen.Danke für die Meldung. LG, Christoph
