Request: (15.05.2022 / H 101 m üNN / KL um 11 mm gemessen) Kopf, erstes Fühlerglied, Hals und Beine rot, dunkle Füsse, Größe, leichtblauer Schimmer nicht ausgeschlossen - Ancistronycha cyanipennis aus der Galerie scheint mir zu passen? An Stamm von Walnußbaum, gerade noch in Reichweite.
Rheinauengebiet; Streuobstwiese (Äpfel und Walnüsse) an Innendamm.

Comment: Hallo ClaudiaL, viel besser, das ist Pedostrangalia revestita. Im südlichen Nordeuropa sowie in West- und Südeuropa verbreitet und wahrscheinlich ein euromediterranes Faunenelement. Lebt vor allem im Tiefland bis in die Mittelgebirge seines Verbreitungsgebietes und bevorzugt warme Standorte. Die Art ist sind polyphag und entwickelt sich vor allem in Rotbuchen (Fagus sylvatica) und Eichen (Quercus), jedoch auch in Ahorn (Acer), Walnuss (Juglans regia), Pappel (Populus), Ulme (Ulmus), Vogel-Kirsche (Prunus avium) und Edelkastanie (Castanea sativa). Comment: Hallo Pörli, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Gattung Otiorhynchus. Der NP Gesäuse ist als Endemiten-Hotspot bekannt und gut bearbeitet, siehe hier und hier. Bei dem vorliegenden Tierchen denke ich an Otiorhynchus (Tylotus) chrysops, allerdings mit Unsicherheit. LG, Christoph
