On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Ich denke, das hier ist wieder Pediacus dermestoides, dieses mal aber ein anderer Wald, 14.05.2022. Wieder gefunden an geschlagenem Holz, in diesem Fall Eiche. Ingesamt seit dem Erstfund der zehnte Fund an nun sechstem Fundort in zwei Waeldern. Fundsituation immer gleich auf Schnittflaechen offen herumlaufend. Nur einmal am Ort wo der Baum stand, alle anderen male am Lagerort. Aus irgendeinem Grund habe ich nur ein Foto gemacht.
