On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 07.06.2022, knapp 1 cm, Chrysolina hyperici
ca. 8 in einem Johanniskraut; Uferpflasterung des Inneren Hafens in Duisburg, schüttere Vegetation in den Fugen. Man beachte auch dei Fraßspuren in Bild A.
Wikipedia kenn noch eine C. quadrigema, die nur am Genital von C. hyperici zu unterscheiden sei. Trotzdem erhält letztere bei Kerbtier eine gute Fotobestimmbarkeit.

Request: (07.06.2022 / H 128 m üNN / KL im 5-10 mm Bereich geschätzt) Etwa Coccinella magnifica ? Bild C zeigt die best erreichte Halsschildunterseitenansicht, Käfer war unwillig, sie zu zeigen)
Hardtwald; auf besonntem uralt liegendem undefinierbaren Stamm am Rand einer forstlichen Lichtung; kam zu Besuch bei Foto für #345687. Es gab zwei Exemplare davon, dieses ist eines von beiden.
